The hostel is beautifully decorated with vibrant colors and mosaic tiles, giving it a unique and cute atmosphere. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds with freshly laundered linen. The highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace, offering fine views of the city and even the Atlas mountains on clear days. The breakfast, prepared individually for each guest, was delicious and served on the highest floor, nice for a peaceful start to the day. The host-manager, Zakaria, was friendly and helpful, making my stay more fun. The location within the Medina was great, although a bit challenging to find at first. Just be sure to have your GPS working. The value for money was excellent, and I highly recommend staying at Mosaic Hostel.

The location of this hostel is perfect! It's just a short walk away from both the bustling city center and the quieter parts of the Medina. the hostel manager, Zakaria, is incredibly welcoming and goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a great experience. He's always there to offer advice on sightseeing or help organize private tours. the hostel is also very clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.
With the tour service. I had paid in advance for a trip to the desert, which was supposed to include a camel ride and a stay in the desert for sunset and sunrise.

We had a fantastic stay at a hostel in Marrakech. the interior was beautiful and clean, creating a relaxed atmosphere. the highlight was the cool roof terrace with stunning views. the staff, particularly Salah, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond, even waking up at 4am to assist with our early morning airport transfer. the location was excellent, just a short distance from the main square and other major sights. We also enjoyed the complimentary made-to-order breakfast and the fast internet. Cons: Couldn't stay longer 😔.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious, providing a good night's sleep. The breakfast was tasty, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel was conveniently located near transportation options, making it easy to explore the city and book tours. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with fellow travelers who were respectful of quiet times. a great place to stay if you're looking to make new friends and have a pleasant experience.
One small downside was that the hotel could be a bit noisy, especially if you're a light sleeper. Due to the design of the building, noise from the rooftop terrace could reach the rooms, particularly those with en suite bathrooms.

The traditional Moroccan designs were beautiful and created a cozy atmosphere. The female dorm was comfortable and the downstairs bathroom was always clean. As a person who wears a hijab, I felt welcomed and respected by everyone. The common room and terrace were perfect for socializing and the wi-fi worked great. The breakfast on the roof was delicious and the staff, especially Chaima, Anas, and Zakria, were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Mosaic for its amazing ambiance and warm hospitality.
